Terms and Conditions.

Domestic Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

  • We do ask for clients to prepare rooms that require carpet cleaning as best as possible. If required, we can move some furniture if it is not too heavy for a single person to move it. We have the right to refuse if rooms are not prepared correctly

  • Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning takes no responsibility for any damage/s that can not be directly linked to the services provided. 

  • We supply all cleaning products and professional equipment required for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

  • If any estimated time is given on how long it will take to do the job, this is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a property of a similar size or upholstery.

  • We do require access to water and electricity.

Commercial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

  • Office desks and furniture. - We will not move any desks or electrical equipment. Areas must be prepared. However, office chairs and sofas can be moved.

  • Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning takes no responsibility for any damage/s that can not be directly linked to the services provided. 

        - If you are to make a claim. This must be claimed in a written notice to tomtomcarpetcleaning@gmail.com within 48 hours              after the service has been performed. 

  • We supply all cleaning products and professional equipment required for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

  • If any estimated time is given on how long it will take to do the job, this is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a property of a similar size or upholstery.

  • We do require access to HOT water and electricity.

Aftercare - Domestic and Commercial

  • We can not guarantee that all stains or smells will come out. Especially with natural materials (wool and cotton).

  • We are not responsible for Wicking/Browning caused by failing to keep the areas ventilated.

  • Claims must be in a written notice to tomtomcarpetcleaning@gmail.com within 48 hours after the service has been performed. 

  • If there are any returning odors, stains, or browning. Do get in contact with us after the 48-hour period given. We will return free of charge to give any additional treatment required to the affected areas.

Invoices - Domestic and Commercial

Once the work has been completed, we will send an invoice for the services carried out and require payment within 7 days of the invoice being sent. 

If no payment is received by the 8th day. An 8% charge per day will be applied to the outstanding invoice plus a £20.00 admin fee. Unless discussed otherwise with Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning.
If still no payment is received by 30 days (unless discussed). We will contact a debt recovery agency.

£70 Carpet Cleaning Credit Voucher – Terms & Conditions

  • This voucher provides a £70 credit redeemable only against carpet cleaning services.

  • The voucher cannot be used for any other services.

  • Voucher must be presented at the time of booking and mentioned before the service is carried out.

  • One voucher per household per booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.

  • If the total cost of the carpet cleaning service is less than £70, no refund or remaining credit will be given.

  • If the total cost exceeds £70, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

  • Voucher can not be used or extended after the expired date stated on the voucher. 

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless stated.

  • The company reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the voucher if misuse or fraud is suspected.

  • Standard company terms of service apply in addition to these conditions.

Free Carpet Clean Competition– Terms & Conditions

  • This offer provides a free carpet clean as specified by the company.

  • Offer applies to carpet cleaning services only and excludes upholstery, rugs, hard flooring, stain protection, deodorising, or any additional treatments unless stated.

  • Free clean is limited to domestic homes only. No commercial properties.

  • Offer must be mentioned at the time of booking and is subject to availability.

  • One free carpet clean per household unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No cash alternative, refund, or credit will be given.

  • Any additional rooms, heavily soiled carpets, stain removal, or extra services will be charged at standard rates.

  • Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless stated.

  • Free clean is subject to access, suitability, and safe working conditions.

  • Offer is valid for 6 months, once contacted.

  • The company reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the offer in cases of misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud.
