
Terms and Conditions.
Domestic Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We do ask for clients to prepare rooms that require carpet cleaning as best as possible. If required, we can move furniture if it is not too heavy for a single person to move it. We have the right to refuse if rooms are not prepared correctly.

Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning takes no responsibility for any damage/s that can not be directly linked to the services provided.

We supply all cleaning products and professional equipment required for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

If any estimated time is given on how long it will take to do the job, this is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a property of a similar size or upholstery.

We do require access to water and electricity.

Commercial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Office desks and furniture. - We will not move any desks or electrical equipment. Areas must be prepared. However, office chairs and sofas can be moved.

- If you are to make a claim. This must be claimed in a written notice to tomtomcarpetcleaning@gmail.com within 48 hours after the service has been performed.

Aftercare - Domestic and Commercial

We can not guarantee that all stains or smells will come out.

We are not responsible for Wicking/Browning caused by failing to keep the areas ventilated.

Claims must be in a written notice to tomtomcarpetcleaning@gmail.com within 48 hours after the service has been performed.

If there are any returning odors, stains, or browning. Do get in contact with us after the 48-hour period given. We will return free of charge to give any additional treatment required to the affected areas.

Invoices - Domestic and Commercial
Once the work has been completed, we will send an invoice for the services carried out and require payment within 7 days of the invoice being sent.
If no payment is received by the 8th day. An 8% charge per day will be applied to the outstanding invoice plus a £20.00 admin fee. Unless discussed otherwise with Lauren and Tom.
If still no payment is received by 30 days (unless discussed). We will contact a debt recovery agency.

Deep Cleaning Services
Please note, that we do not clean white goods (fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves), blinds, and inside of radiators. Unless clearly instructed to do so, radiator covers need to be removed before arrival if we are instructed to clean these. ​
Quotes are sent as an estimate. This may change in price if things are not advised at the time of booking.
£25.00 per hour, per cleaner. All quotes include travel costs, equipment, and solutions.

Promotions
3 areas for £99.00
1. Property must be located within 10 miles of Dereham, outside this radius, fuel costs will be applied.
2. Areas to be no larger than 4mx4m, if so, this will count as 2 areas. Stairs and landing count as 2 areas.
3. Areas must be prepared as much as possible. We will not move any furniture. (Don't worry about the hoovering though!)
4. This does not include additional treatments. Bio Hazards, Oil, Odour. This can be applied at an additional cost.
5. Promotion will run until March 31st 23:59 PM. Bookings can be made for March and April 2025.
6. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning: Pay in 2 Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Structure

Full house carpet cleaning services are eligible for the following payment plan:

50% of the total service cost is due upon completion of the cleaning.

The remaining 50% is due within 4 weeks from the date of service.

2. Payment Methods
-
Payment on the day can be by card, bank transfer or cash and the second payment will be taken via GoCardless.
3. Late Payment
-
If the remaining balance is not paid within 4 weeks of the service date, Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to charge a late fee of £50.00.
4. Service Cancellation or Rescheduling

Should the client cancel or reschedule the appointment, the 50% payment due upon completion may still be applicable depending on the timing of the cancellation (e.g., within 48 hours of the scheduled service).

Any changes to the payment plan must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
5. Refund Policy

Payments made for the service are non-refundable once the cleaning has been completed.

If the service is unsatisfactory due to a fault of Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning, a resolution will be offered, which may include a partial refund or re-cleaning, subject to agreement.
6. Agreement

By booking a full house carpet cleaning with Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms and conditions.
