Will you clean under sofas, beds and units?

Yes, if the furniture is easy to move (for a single person) and that there is suitable space to do so. We will then dry clean where the furniture was and place it back into position. We will not water extraction clean, as this is not good practice and not healthy for furniture to sit on slightly damp carpet. You are more than welcome to move this before our technicians arrival but, please bear in mind that you will need to allow the carpets to fully dry before placing back. (This can take roughly 4-6 hours depending on multiple factors like weather, ventilation and heating in the property).

Do I need to stay at the property whilst you clean?

No, you do not need to be present at the property whilst we carry out the work. If you are planning on leaving a key in a 'safe place' please let us know and codes before we arrive.

How long does it take for the carpets to dry?

All jobs do vary due to the type of carpet, weather and ventilation of the property. But, as an average, most carpets are dry within 4-6 hours.

When our technician if finished with the clean. The carpets are only left slightly damp.  

• Avoid walking on it for a few hours (or wear clean socks)

• Don’t put furniture back until it’s fully dry
