Thank you for booking with Tom Tom Carpet Cleaning!

What to expect when your cleaning technician arrives.

Pets

First of all, we advise to all clients that have pets, please shut them away in a safe and comfortable space. Just as our technicians water extraction machine and other equipment is a little noisy and we would not want to distress our furry friends. 

Carpet Cleaning (if applicable)

Clearing the areas

We just ask before our technicians arrival, to prepare the areas as best as possible. By removing items off the floors for example; coffee tables, toys, and shoes. We just ask you to make sure that we have  access to hot water and a wall socket. And that is it! We will take it from here.

Parking

Due to the amount of equipment that we use, we do ask (if possible) to have a parking space available. If our technicians requires a permit, please let us know at the time of booking and have this ready for our technicians arrival. If no close parking space is available, we may sadly have to return at a later date.

After the clean

After our technician has finished his work. He will let you inspect the carpets and confirm that you are satisfied with the results. 

After the clean also, the carpets will be slightly damp afterwards. Please allow 4-6 hours for the carpets to fully dry before putting furniture on to the carpet. If the property is unoccupied, please put the heating on low and windows on vent to help the drying process. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Payment

Once the work has been carried out and you are happy with the work. You can make payment by either card, cash or bank transfer. If you would like an invoice, please provide our technician with an email address and an invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
